Get fit, happier and let off steam while learning a high energy routine to the latest tunes. Classes are designed to improve body awareness, fitness as well as to energise you during the working week.  Each class will be tailored to suit all standards within the group.

Our outlook in these classes is one of having fun while improving fitness and wellbeing!
