DANCE,  FITNESS, ARTS  AND WELLBEING  IN SCHOOLS

YOGA & PILATES

Teaching is a demanding job, mentally and physically so we can organise a relaxing and restorative class at your school for the staff.  It is an incredibly good value option at £6 per class (for a group of 10) but you can have up to 25 in the class.

DANCE AND FITNESS

A fun way to get fit and release stress at the end of the school day, great for team building. It is an incredibly good value option at £6 per class (for a group of 10) but you can have up to 25 in the class.

STAFF SESSIONS

TEACHER PROFILE

While helping her Father through cancer she was impressed how the principles of Pilates can help the circulation, respiratory function as well as helping with body alignment and strength. Her class is focussed on re-medial pilates, strength and everyday awareness to gain a strong core and prevent falling in old bad habits. She also helps women have a better body awareness and well being during and after pregnancy with Pilates.

Her classes are very entertaining, fun and challenging.

'Our teacher is so special, we miss her classes over the holidays!'

Jessica Finer, Headteacher, Marlborough Primary School, Staff Pilates.

'The De-Stress Yoga Sessions have been very successful and are becoming increasingly popular.  Thank you'.

Rob Simmons, Junior School Headteacher, St Benedicts School, Staff Yoga
