Musical Theatre Workshops

Hugely popular, this workshops gives the children the opportunity to work with professionals, working in the industry.  Learn scenes and musical numbers from a famous West End musical.

The Day

OPTIONAL: The Musical Theatre Day can begin with an introductory assembly about Musicals and the West End (max 15 minutes).  A summary of all the information we cover will be handed to students in the form of worksheets at the end of the classes.

The students will then be split into classes, lasting from 40 min for reception to 1hr plus for years 3-6 and secondary.
Each workshop will consist of:

• Warm up
• Stretching and games
• Exercises
• Learning about the Musical
• A short routine
• Rehearsal for performance (if necessary) 

OPTIONAL: Finish the day with a school assembly performance, allowing any groups or individuals who would like to perform the routine in front of an audience of the students, teachers and even parents.

Price

£295 for the whole day. (£1.50 per student based on 6 classes of 30 students).
