"England rugby stars swapped their usual rough and tumble scrums for inner peace poses when they practised their yoga stretching technique this week, as part of preparations for the forthcoming autumn Test season. Prop Sheridan admitted he is an advocate of yoga exercises. He said: 'I've used both yoga and Pilates before. They're good for flexibility." Article in London Lite, 25th September 2009.
