Research indicates that higher income actually has a very limited effect on our happiness.  But the more aware of your mental state you are the better your life.  Research showed that mentally healthy people are more likely to be more sociable, creative, physically healthy, kind, and economically productive.  They lead happier and longer lives.

Wellbeing is the experience of peoples quality of life.  Its where people's personal resources - cognaitive and emotional - interact with the enviroment, with its obsticles and opportunities.  

Meditation is one of the best ways to become more aware of your mental state and start to gain more control over it.  Try it with us.
