The pelvic floor needs to be exercised regularly, yet is is one of the more under-exercised muscles of the body, which is weakened by posture, age and childbirth.  The answer is to train it in yoga, which can also make a big difference to giving birth before.

When a woman orgasms, the PC muscle (pubococcygeus or fire muscle) contracts.  The stronger it is the deeper the experience.

The great new is, that although eventually with a good teacher you can use this muscle in various different yoga poses, you can also strengthen it all day at your desk!

Get squeezing ladies.
