A funfilled street jazz class to the lastest hip hop tunes. Come and learn fun and challenging dance sequences and impressive routines!

A chance to give you body the attention it deserves.  These Hatha Yoga classes are focussed on looking closely at the details for each posture, improving alignment and overall tone. Ending with focus on breath and relation. Classes may include some vinyasa flow to increase energy ready for the week ahead.
