People with chronic pain often think that that’s just the way they are and they have to bear with it for the rest of their lives. I know as I was one of them. I have had so much pain in my body over the years, its only now that I have 'moved or yoga'd' my way out of it, that I realise how much I was putting up with! The funny thing about being human is we NEVER know if other people are feeling or thinking in the same way as us. So desperately going to different therapys only helps if and when you get into your own body and find your own 'healer' or intelligent body. It is so much simpler that one realises, it just takes dedication, patience and a willingless to let go of the pain that has become so much of one's identity.
