Each one is carefully verified by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB), referenced checked, rigourously interviewed and then trained by us on a continual basis therefore becoming a close part of the kickstep team.
Each employer will be made aware of the Child Protection Act 1988 and equal opportunities code of conduct.
The teacher will always warm up the students and each exercise will be clearly explained and demonstrated to prevent any injury that could occur.
For health & safety reasons, in every school, the groups’ teacher must be present at all times.
We have public liability insurance for up to £2 million for all our employees, employers liability and professional endemnity insurance for up to £5 million.
